Sarah Freiesleben: Solve Better Problems
Sarah Freiesleben is a thinker, writer, speaker and consultant helping teams navigate complexity and converge on the next right thing to do.
Putting profit in focus can cause teams to converge on reductive solutions. In this talk, Sarah argues that true value is found in the dynamic interplay between reality and possibility. Finding it doesn't always feel efficient, but creating space to tap into what is emerging will help us solve better problems and meet the systemic complexity required to build a sustainable future.
