Why is it called myConf?
There are 4 valid explanations mentioned here, however, only one of them is correct!
myConf, why this name?

But there are at least three other explanations. The last one is the correct one. 🙂
First, “my” in English sounds like “maj” in Swedish (that is the month May). After all, we are running the conference in May…
Second, one of our speakers, Daniel, has according to a recent video a folder on his computer which is called “myconf”. We guess it means “my configuration”, but it could be the inspiration for the conference name, eh?
But the right reason for the name is that it’s “my conference” and “my” is you, the attendee. It’s your conference! You will love it and there’s no chance that you will miss it the next time around!
